I feel like such a hypocrite blogging about something I'm not going to join! However, a client of mine lost a significant amount of weight recently using https://www.myfitnesspal.com/.
She said that it has the most comprehensive calorie chart she's ever seen and that she just wasn't aware of the number of calories she was eating in the past. So I checked it out. You type in your stats and your goals and it tells you what you need to do to reach them. The first week is free and after that it is $4/week. But whether you decide to join or not you can sign up for the free newsletter which seems pretty motivating.
