Psychopaths 101 January 14 2015

I've had a number of sub-clinical psychopaths in my life over the years and find myself often alerting others to their presence.  I know quite a few people who have gone on stress leave because of a new boss or are having unusual difficulties with their partner.  Their behavior can be quite shocking and very confusing.  A friend of mine recently sent me the following link which I think is...

More colds and flu January 01 2015

It seems like all my clients are fighting something lately so I've decided to reveal all my secrets for fighting viruses. I've already mentioned the homeopathic flu clinic and the natural antibiotic recipe in previous blogs but if you don't already have one, a neti pot is essential.  Whenever I am around sick people or feel a cold coming on I immediately rinse my sinuses with a lukewarm saline solution. ...

Congratulations to me! December 24 2014

I signed a book deal today with Friesen Press.  "How I Recovered From Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia" will soon be on the printing press.  Hello Dr. Oz!!!!  I'll be meeting you soon!

Coughing and sneezing? December 07 2014

Everyone around me seems to be suffering from a cold or a cough that won't go away.  Years ago an older Italian client of mine gave me this recipe for a natural antibiotic.  I've been passing it out to a lot of people lately so I thought I'd post it so everyone can benefit: Chop 10 cloves of garlic and boil them in 1/2 cup of water until they form a creamy paste....

Let it snow!!!! December 02 2014

I've already had people in my office in an extreme amount of pain due to shovelling so I thought I would post some shovelling tips: # 1.  Bend with your knees.  (Surely everyone knows this by now) # 2.  Never lift the shovel and then twist at the waist.  (As a matter of fact, you should never lift anything and then twist at the waist) # 3.  Stretch afterwards.  (So...

NET November 13 2014

I always tell my clients "If you hear me talking about taking another course, tie me up!" but I'm very happy that I took NET (Neuro Emotional Technique).  I'm having great success with it already. My matrix repatterning colleagues and I are always looking for ways to help clients whose physical progress is impeded by "mind/body connections".  And I talk about this subject in my book as well because I had to break...

I.Q. November 06 2014

I read something that really hit home in a novel this week.  A gentleman was talking about a lady he met and found to have the most uncommon good sense.  He says "This is to say that she agreed with most of my opinions.  Have you ever noticed that?  We base our assessment of the intelligence of others entirely on how closely their thinking matches our own.  I'm sure that...

Chia Pudding October 31 2014

One of my awesome clients brought me in some of this pudding and the recipe.  It took me a day to try it because it looked absolutely disgusting.  However, it tastes great!  And as an added bonus it's good for you!  Click here for recipe

Flu Shots October 19 2014

Although it would be imprudent of me to give health advice I know that many of my friends, family and clients are interested in natural alternatives.  Some have researched the flu shot and choose not to take it.  I am not making a recommendation but if any are interested there is a homeopathic alternative.  For more information on the product and the local "free" clinic please get in touch with: ...

Women stuff! October 09 2014

I just got back from my Matrix Repatterning update where we had an amazing guest speaker from California.  She works exclusively with women's pelvic health.  She took the matrix repatterning course years ago and showed us how she uses it to improve common pelvic issues in women. She also mentioned that 85% of women are not doing their Kegal's properly.  I was one of them!!!  So I'm on a mission...

Taking advantage of the weather September 30 2014

This was taken in Algonquin Park.  As one of my friends said "Too bad it's not very tranquil here!"  I love sarcasm!!!

Fall colours September 20 2014

One of the most beautiful places to see the fall colours is in Algonquin Park.  I organize a hike there every year on the last weekend on September.  Most people wait until Thanksgiving weekend but the leaves are usually on the ground by that time. I just checked the fall colour report and 60% of the leaves in Algonquin have already turned.  For some of the most gorgeous views in...
